Mr Addington Bexley Chinake

Addington has been in practice for over 20 years having been admitted into practice law in February 1993. He has been with the firm since 1994. Addington became the Managing Partner in 2000, and is currently the Senior Partner. Mr Chinake also has a niche practice that specialises in high net worth matrimonial affairs including trusts and divorces.

Bexley was retained as Lead Counsel by the Judicial Service Commission in 2017’s biggest and widely reported public interest case, namely Romeo Zibani vrs JSC and others, which determined the correct procedure to be followed in the appointment of the Chief Justice of Zimbabwe.

Ms Precious Chakasikwa

Precious Chakasikwa is a product of the University of Zimbabwe having graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2000 with an LLB (Hons) degree. She joined the firm immediately upon graduation. She became Partner in January 2004.

Specialisation: She is in the Family Law and Administrative Law Departments with a special interest in Labour and Immigration law. She is one of the most sought after external legal advisors for National and International Non-Governmental Organisations and foreign missions in Zimbabwe.

Mr Agmos Moyo

Agmos holds B.L. (Hons.) and LL.B degrees from the University of Zimbabwe and was admitted to practice law in 1991. Prior to joining Kantor & Immerman, Agmos was a partner in another established Harare law firm, Coghlan, Welsh and Guest where he obtained considerable experience in commercial practice.

Practice areas - Agmos specializes in Commercial, Banking and Employment law. He is a respected litigator and an employment law expert. He has over the years advised local and international institutions on listings, capital raising and carried out due diligence investigations for foreign and local clients. He has advised and represented foreign and local clients in the resolution of high profile employment disputes. Agmos is currently a resource person for the Law Society of Zimbabwe on Commercial Litigation.

Mr Benard Chidziva

Bernard holds a Bachelors of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe having graduated in the year 2003. He joined Kantor & Immerman as a Professional Assistant on 1 September 2003 and was admitted into Partnership on 1 January 2007 

Specialisation: Bernard specialises in civil and criminal litigation. His commercial law practice covers employment law, landlord and tenant, and company law.

Clients: Small to medium enterprises and individuals, Metropolitan Bank of Zimbabwe, Nigerian High Commission, Chitungwiza Municipality, Fawcett Security Operations, National Employment Council for the Commercial Sector, Security Association of Zimbabwe, Radius Office Solutions.

Mr Unity Sakhe

Unity has been in practice for over a decade. He joined Kantor & Immerman from another leading firm and became a partner in January 2008. He is presently the Managing Partner.

Unity specialises in commercial and corporate law including investment, private equity, banking, telecommunications, insurance and black economic empowerment.

He is a Trustee of the Dzikwa Trust, a non-profit educational trust for AIDS orphans and Resthaven Retreat.

Mr Simplicio Bhebhe

Simplicio was admitted into partnership in 2013.Simplicio holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Master of Laws- International Trade and Commercial Law (LLM) (Durham, UK). He is currently studying towards a Master of Business Administration with the University of Edinburgh, UK.

Practice area: He has a general practice with bias towards employment law, commercial law and drafting and reviewing of Commercial and employment Law agreements.

He is also a part-time tutor at the University of Zimbabwe business school.  He is a registered Notary Public and Conveyancer. He sits on the Zimbabwe Board of Directors for Emirates and is also a Trustee of Labour Law Trust.

Mr Tawanda Tandi

Tawanda joined Kantor and Immerman in January 2009 as a Professional Assistant. His focus and area of interest is on civil, commercial and criminal litigation and he is currently extending his mandates to include the complex litigious aspects of corporate and commercial matters including contract and intellectual property.


He has experience in drafting and reviewing international and commercial agreements from the Legal Advice Department of the Attorney General’s Office where he previously worked.

He holds an LLB degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a member of Zimbabwe Institute of Patents and Trademarks Agents.
