Mr Herbert Muromba

Managing Partner

Herbert holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He joined the firm immediately upon graduation in October 2015 and was admitted into Partnership on 1 July 2020. He has a commercial law practice specialising in tax law, employment law, administrative law, intellectual property law, commercial law litigation and white collar criminal litigation.

Ms Chatapiwa Malaba

H.R. Partner

Chatapiwa is a corporate lawyer with diverse sector, function, transactional and litigation expertise. She has used her commercial practice and experience to apply a strategic mind to projects and partnerships, legal solution solving, providing assistance on investment transactions and due diligence. She has dealt extensively with Commercial litigation and Arbitration, successfully representing clients at the Labour, High and Supreme Courts of Zimbabwe. Chatapiwa’s clients range from Private firms and Entrepreneurs to Pension Funds and NGOs.
Chatapiwa attained her Bachelor of Bio-Medical Science from Griffith University before going onto her LLB with the University of London. She then joined the firm as a Graduate Intern before becoming an Associate in 2015 upon admission into practice in Zimbabwe. Subsequently she led cohort as peer in charge of Associates, until her Admission as Partner in July 2020. Chatapiwa has since been appointed as Partner in charge of Business Development.

Mrs Fridah Murandu

Practice Manager

Fridah holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Psychology obtained from the University of Zimbabwe in 1992. She joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Fridah worked as an Administrator in various Departments of the University of Zimbabwe for twelve years, with her final years being in the Registrar’s Office as a Senior Assistant Registrar. She then moved to a non-governmental organisation where she worked as an Administrative Manager for four years.
Fridah is an associate member of the Zimbabwe Psychological Association (ZPA), a Board member of the Celebration Education Board and a former Trustee of the Celebration College.

Blessing Mupeyiwa


Blessing joined Kantor & Immerman in May 2022 as an Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Special Honours Degree in Accounting from Great Zimbabwe University and he is also a student with Chartered Governance and Accounting Institute of Zimbabwe. Since 2006 he has had experiences in the following industries; manufacturing, transport, retail and auditing firm, which included accounting, audit and assurance and internal audit.
